I have always known there was something more to life than just what it appeared to be. Sitting on a bus at 9 years old, watching people getting on and off, no life and no joy emanating from them, I was depressed. I couldn’t imagine what the point to this life was. Those faces didn’t show any content from a life happily lived. They were blank, exhausted, unexcited and dull. I was thinking to myself.. ‘there must be more to life than this!’
Nevertheless, life went on and I was expected to “do the right thing” and study at a university, to make the most out of what is out there waiting for me. Relentlessly, I took on a course at a Pharmaceutical faculty and decided to complete it even though I wasn’t sure it would lead anywhere. Once I finished my degree, I thought, ok, I can help the people in this world to live happier lives and find the cures to their illnesses, so I continued studies in London’s universities, Applied Biology and then Forensic Science. But whatever I took on, I felt this wasn’t the right path for me. I knew there was more to the illnesses than just some physiological misalignments. I had to seek elsewhere.
Having to work a 9 to 5 job and getting again in the rat race, I felt less and less inspired to spend the 2 days I had for myself on educating myself further or even having the energy for a personal progress in any direction.
It wasn’t until 2012, when my depression had worsen and I had to seek other avenues to take the responsibility for my unhappiness and discontent. I was introduced to meditation and Kundalini yoga. Having practiced regularly, I noticed change within weeks, I felt better and happier within myself. It opened a different door this time. A door to alternative healing. The first course I chose to attend was on Pranic Healing, even though I felt very sceptical about being able to have any healing abilities to help others, I thought; what can I lose?
Well, how wrong was I?! Within hours I had amazing results and feedback and realised that there was a lot more to what we perceive with our five senses. My journey to the unknown began.
I learned from knowledgeable people, teachers and gurus, read books, attended many self-development workshops, talks and courses, retreats and self-work, experienced processes (and boy, there were many, intense, deep, painful and out of the blue and some I had to work on over and over again before I could see changes and results). I faced my fears, I cried, I hated, I loved and wept.. I thought I did it all, and down the line, I realised that was just the beginning. An amazing journey I am still on.
I gained valuable insights and knowledge about why we are born to this world, a particular situation, family and what we can do to change our reality, changing our thoughts and actions. But mostly, I gained insights into how illnesses come about. How our body reacts to our thoughts, constructs, beliefs and programming and how these contribute to our reality and wellbeing.
We all have the power to change and manifest what we are ready for and overcome obstacles on our path changing our thoughts and removing anything blocking us from going forward and manifesting the reality we thought we can only “dream” of.
I have combined the knowledge I have gained over the years into a few gentle and powerful techniques, which respect the individuality of every person and respect the subtle but miraculous ways the body works and can heal itself. I hold official certifications for each of the techniques from accredited teachers and schools.
